El Camaleon features Koba Restaurant at Casa Club offering spectacular views of the finishing hole and fine dining prepared with local, fresh and high quality ingredients. Koba offers a diverse menu that goes from traditional Mexican ceviche and tacos to a homemade hamburger and classic club sandwich, as well as gourmet dishes fusioning styles and flavors from different cuisines around the world, always preserving the essence of Mexico. Elaborated by our Master Chef Eva Millan, a few samples are salmon with orange teriyaki sauce accompanied by sautéed regional pumpkin and grilled octopus with “macho banana” purée and fresh herbs pesto.

Koba also features delicious Mexican breakfasts, a Sunday Brunch and an Open Grill on Fridays and Saturdays where you can choose from fine cuts to lobster and catch of the day among others. An Executive Special Menu by our Creative Chef is also served from Monday through Thursday. Apart from a nice menu selection, Koba offers an original wine list placing an emphasis on Mexican wines. The Koba Restaurant hours are from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
